Our Mission
The Heartlight Organization is comprised of a group of individuals whose passions have resulted in them choosing to become “Agents of Change”. The mission and purpose of our organization is to make a difference, to bring about a cultural change, in how youth and adults with disabilities, especially our United States Veterans with service-related disabilities are educated, served, and supported. Our organization provides Professional Development for Educators and Employers; Leadership, Diversity & Disability Training; Advocacy, Consulting Services & Mediation; Career, Work Skills, and Accommodation Assessments; and Employment Placement Programs. Our goal is to support you in successfully navigating the challenges of a complex system in supporting, transitioning, and working with individuals with disabilities.
